For mazeo customers, and those still deciding
Here, we set your goal together, then work out the time it will take you each week. You then block a recurring slot in your calendar: the time you give to mazeo, to reach that goal.
mazeo takes care of the rest: spotting the companies, the right person and the right moment, writing your messages and follow-ups.
Our users' numbers
12 start a conversation. 6 accept a meeting. 5 actually show up. These are the numbers we measure across mazeo users.
So for one meeting, you need to contact 20 people. Every calculation on this page starts from that number.
We only count a meeting if it takes place, with the right person, in a company you are targeting.
Your turn · your goal
Start with 3. After a month, adjust based on your own numbers.
Your turn · your time
For the first two months, count double: 1 hr. You need that time to improve your messages and find your rhythm.
That time goes to three things. Choosing who to contact among the people mazeo suggests: 15 new people a week. Reviewing and approving the messages mazeo has written. Replying to those who reply to you.
The calculation: 10 minutes a week for each meeting you aim for, double for the first two months. That is the order of magnitude we see among mazeo users. The numbers change with your goal.
Your turn · your slot
Results come from consistency. Set aside the same moment every week for your prospecting: that is what gets you to your goal.
Choose your days and your time. The page works out the length. Beyond an hour and a half a week, one slot gets too long: take two. If you choose two days, the time is split between them.
Length of each slot: 1 hr for the first two months, 30 min after that.
Click Outlook or Google Calendar: the slot opens already filled in, and repeats every week. In Outlook, just click “Save”. After two months, shorten it to 30 min.
