mazeo is a market intelligence platform for the Market Research industry, operated by Romain Barbet ("we", "us"). By using our website at mazeo.co, you agree to these terms.

2. Early access & waitlist

mazeo is currently in private beta. By submitting your email on our waitlist, you express interest in receiving early access. This does not constitute a commitment from either party. We may grant or deny access at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual property

All content on mazeo.co — including text, design, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of mazeo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

4. Use of the service

When accessing mazeo (including during the beta), you agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Not share your login credentials with third parties
• Not use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Data accuracy

mazeo aggregates publicly available information about companies and professionals. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of the data. The information provided should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

mazeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of mazeo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
